With 10 minutes left to play it also looked as though the title had been lost. Here were the predictions;
Alistairhufc 5-0 Mills
St Albans Bull 4-0 Mills
Hillster 5-0 Mills
Tony Cooke 4-1 Mills
DJ 4-0 Mills
Ryan Murphy 6-0 Mills
So Alistairhufc, having lead since November, hangs on to take the title, well done. St Albans Bull and Hillster close second and third.
Special mention to Ryan Murphy, who won the league last season putting in another fine season of predictions to finish fourth.
With a lower number of predictions, only 59, and triple points, there were lots of points gained.
Naturally a large number of selections for John Mills and some 6-0s but only Ryan Murphy, Bully and Tamworthbull combined both. Bully went one better and also collected points for the attendance and takes the match top spot.
Closest with attendance was I'll Take 1-0 predicting 750 (735).
Plenty of movement in the league with only an handful of the top 60 not moving at all.
Bully moved from 19th to 11th.
MetalBull & Inchy01 dropped seven and out of the top 10 and being replaced by Andy Davies & Daddypig66
Other notable movers were Tamworthbull 40th to 28th, PontyBull 45th to 37th. and GregHUFC jumps eight to 56.
Incidentally, if I had published my predictions I would have finished 17th on 448.
